How to qualify for Accredited
Investor status
You may qualify as an Individual Accredited Investor if you meet any one of the following criteria:
Sign up nowAnnual income of at least SGD 300,000 (or equivalent in foreign currency) or
Net financial assets exceeding SGD 1 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) or
Net personal assets exceeding SGD 2 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) including eligible property and cryptocurrency holdings
Eligible cryptocurrency holdings include Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC). For assessment purposes, BTC and ETH are recognised at 50% of their value, while USDC is recognised at 90% of its value.
